Caterina has been working in the luxury sector for more than 20 years across PR and real estate. True to this passion she founded SW Residential in 2009, a boutique real estate agency advising on all aspects of lettings, property management and sales in the Knightsbridge/Chelsea area of London. Having seen first hand how a tailor-made approach and singular focus can change the status-quo and drive exceptional client satisfaction, Caterina was inspired to start her next dream business in yachting - YT Partners. Founded on Caterina's luxury market experience and extensive client network, YT Partners offers bespoke charter experiences and brokerage services and in a short time is already making waves in the industry.
