Monaco Yacht Show 2025: Five the Largest Yachts Attending the Show

Running from September 24–27 at Port Hercule, the show will showcase more than 120 superyachts and megayachts.

Here are the five largest megayachts attending the show:

BREAKTHROUGH - 118.8m Feadship

The show’s largest attendee, Breakthrough represents the world’s first fuel-cell superyacht and the largest motor yacht constructed in the Netherlands. Edmiston CEO Jamie Edmiston describes the vessel as “the one that will change it all.” British studio RWD executed both exterior and interior design, incorporating a semi-submerged Neptune lounge, cinema, library, atrium, medical facility, and 8.2-meter swimming pool.

LUNA - 90m Oceanco

Returning for her second Monaco appearance, Luna features distinctive shark-inspired exterior styling by Luiz De Basto. Delivered in 2018, the vessel received recognition at the 2019 World Superyacht Awards for her 400 square meters of darkened glass panels and sculptural wing stations. Interior design incorporates vibrant color palettes with nature-inspired themes, contributing to Luna’s Motor Yacht of the Year Award recognition.

HERE COMES THE SUN - 89m Amels

Originally delivered in 2017 as Amels’ flagship, Here Comes the Sun features design work by Tim Heywood and Andrew Winch across 2,955GT of interior volume. The vessel’s comprehensive 2021 refit incorporated a six-meter stern extension by Azure Naval Architects, additional helipad, complete interior renovation, and full exterior repaint. These modifications earned recognition as Best Rebuilt Yacht at the 2022 World Superyacht Awards.

GIGIA - 85m Lürssen

Engineered for privacy by Winch Design, Gigia incorporates masculine exterior styling with American-inspired interiors across 2,850GT. The charter yacht accommodates 20 guests across 10 staterooms and features extensive dining facilities with dedicated wine presentation areas. The private owner’s deck includes a master suite with separated bathroom facilities and walk-in wardrobes, complemented by lounge, bar, dining, terrace, and private Jacuzzi areas.

VALOR - 79.5m Feadship

Recently launched in May, Valor represents Feadship’s latest explorer yacht development, joining the shipyard’s Shinkai and Moonshadow vessels. Constructed for an existing Feadship client, the steel-hulled vessel incorporates a two-meter ice belt and achieves Bureau Veritas Young Ice 2 classification for Northwest Passage navigation capabilities. Advanced heat exchange systems enable latent energy recovery, supporting operations in extreme Arctic conditions.
