The marina was developed as part of the "luxury island" concept of Neom, a visionary project launched in 2017 by Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The initiative aims to establish world-class tourism infrastructure along the shores of the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea.
Sindalah Marina is perfectly located for travelers and yacht enthusiasts seeking a vibrant experience in the Red Sea. Just 17 hours by boat from main Mediterranean yachting destinations, it is the perfect hub for visitors from Europe, Saudi and the wider Middle East. The state-of-the-art marina is home to 86 berths for yachts up to 50m, as well as 75 offshore buoys for superyachts up to 180m. Guests and crew will enjoy a full suite of services and facilities including the Sindalah Yacht Club, designed by Stefano Ricci and featuring a fine-dining restaurant, a lounge, an outdoor terrace and swimming pool.
"I participated in the Sindalah Yacht Club project because I believe Neom is a forward-thinking endeavor, much like Florence was the cradle of the Renaissance. It’s a magnificent leap into the future that resonates with our mission. As a Florentine designer, I aspire to convey a refined stylistic balance that seamlessly unites these two worlds," says Stefano Ricci.
The yacht club’s interiors feature coffered ceilings and are finished with white Carrara marble, complemented by accents in the bespoke Sindalah Blue—a shade created by Stefano Ricci to reflect the color of the island’s surrounding waters. The handcrafted textiles were produced by the historic Antico Setificio Fiorentino, a centuries-old textile manufacturer owned by Stefano Ricci.
Sindalah Marina is the first in Saudi Arabia to receive the prestigious "5 Gold Anchors" accreditation from The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), cementing its status as a premier yachting destination.
